I the undersigned hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions stated in the application form.

1. To complete all the legal formalities in accordance to local applicable laws and regulations and to get the respective approvals before the commencement of training
2. Training cars are strictly for practical sessions and will not be used for transportation.
3. Transportation services can be availed which will attract a nominal fee to cover places all over Dubai (limited areas only).
4. Should there be any reason to change the instructor / timings, a written request must be submitted three days in advance with specific reasons to facilitate the changes if approved by the management.
5. Should there be an absence to appear on the final test, fee for the final test plus fee for a minimum of six classes becomes applicable, and file will be freeze until restart training again.
6. Failure on the first test, repayment of fee for six classes plus test fee for each of the final test up to passing becomes applicable.
7. As a trainee of the center, it is mandatory to attend the initial lecture before attending the driving test, the traffic signs lecture and final lecture after passing the driving test and getting the driving license. I shall pay the lectures fee in accordance with attached fee schedule in the first page.
8. Stoping of training
   • I must personally inform the scheduling department in case I wish to stop my training for any reason at least two days in advance; Fax, telephone, email or informing the Instructor is not acceptable.
   • I shall pay the stop / file transfer charges of Dhs. 100 for my each stoppage of my training or transfer of my file during training course.
   • I shall pay minimum of three classes if I discontinue my classes without informing the Institute.
9. Cancellation of registration
   • All the payments made to the center are non refundable except for the down payment which shall be paid back after deducting Dhs. 150/- for administrative and service expenses and in the cases indicated here under only on the condition that the cancellation of registration is effected within the first year from the date of registration.
   • Visa cancellation (not visa transfer) on the condition that I did not start training.
   • Obtaining a driving license before starting the training with the Center
10. Test Fee

    I shall pay the respective test fee in accordance to the applicable laws and regulations to the concern entities, and those applied by the center accompanied with any other administrative and operational fee and defined in the first page testing.

11. I must be available at the training session and allocated place and time, the center will not be responsible for my delay.
12. The center will not be responsible for any accident involving me during the course of training and as for the pregnant ladies, the center is not responsible for any losses or injuries caused during the training and testing sessions.
